## Our Method

To ensure the best results, we request close collaboration between production, engineering and quality teams.

Analysis & Discovery We begin by evaluating the production processes. The objective is to map out the most challenging and production-critical steps, define best practices, and align developing, engineering, and production teams.
At this phase, we plan the project scope and logistics. We perform financial analysis (projected ROI and Value Streams).

Pre-Production The Proposal is compiled. Upon revision and approval of the proposal, the client opens a PO or provides a Cost Center number.

Production During this stage, we capture the defined processes (fully or partially). We use photography, microscope, and video capture (from multiple vantage points). The objective is to obtain several takes of footage to create the video.

We also capture audio that includes SME and operator comments regarding the best techniques or challenging assembly steps that require attention.

Post-Production At this stage, we create draft scripts, record draft voiceovers, and edit draft videos that resemble the final version as closely as possible. 
After that, the client teams review the drafts and document any changes that need to be made (audio, video, animations). 
Then, the final version is created. The videos are translated into a foreign language if required. 
Next, the final versions are reviewed and accepted.

Deployment (optional) At this stage, we set up access to the required streaming Content Distribution System to the content manager designated by the client.

We help to develop best practices for video-based training deployment and usage.

Updates & Support We remain in contact with the client representative to facilitate prompt updates and necessary support.
